Research activities:

- Supporting educationnal processes, conducting advisory services in the field of remote sensing and GIS.

- Conducting research on remote sensing and GIS methodologies, developing remote sensing and GIS Software.

- Carrying out local and international projects for application of RS and GIS in various fields of science and production.

The centre has over 10 workstations, local network, digitizers, printers, GPS receivers and a system of RS and GIS software.
